Join Us For Our Next Meetings!

Oct. 21, 6:30 p.m., Swanson Library, downstairs meeting room, 90th and Dodge. Local acquisition librarians will tell authors how to get their books into libraries—often an overlooked part of book marketing. During the second half of the meeting, we will open the floor for discussion on any book topic, so bring your questions. We will also discuss how to avoid book scams, how to enter book awards, and local opportunities to network with other authors.

 

Nov. 18, 6:30 a.m., Papillion Public Library. We’ll talk about how to create children’s books with local experts. And then we’ll have our regular open discussion on any book topic members would like to discuss.  Even if the main topic isn’t of interest to you, come for the open discussion. You never know what gems you’ll pick up. And we’ll set an agenda for winter meetings (even some by Zoom).
